Cherokee

Last Saturday, on February 1, we visited a native community in North Carolina, the Cherokees. First, we went to a model public school, because they have a lot of resources to work with the indian students, furthermore they received the green certificate, taking care of the nature. In our schedule we had to visit a museum, but snowed a lot and we couldn`t go there, we had to come back home early. On the other hand, we loved the snow and we had a lot of fun!!!!!

Lesson Plan

Cristiane and me are doing the lesson plan together. We chose a child book called Panda Bears, Panda Bears, What do you see? It`s part of a collection that show another animals. We thought about what content we can work with it. And we decided to talk about different animals and their movements, trying to create a dynamic class involving all of the students.
